1. Platform Operator
This platform is operated by es field services comm.v, VAT BE0712.682.556, registered office: Snellegemsestraat 53, 8210 Zedelgem, Belgium.

2. Scope and Applicability
Souvenirstock is a B2B wholesale platform intended exclusively for souvenir shops. By using this website, buyers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Each sale made through the platform is a direct contract between the buyer and the selling company. Souvenirstock acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the sales contract.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Orders placed on the platform are binding once confirmed by the seller.

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying product descriptions, quantities, prices, and VAT applicability before confirming an order.

  • All contracts are subject to the applicable commercial laws of Belgium.

4. Pricing and Fees

  • All prices are indicated in EUR and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • For orders under €250 (excluding VAT), a fixed fee of €25 will be applied to cover administration and delivery costs.

  • Additional shipping or customs fees may apply for international deliveries.

5. Delivery

  • Deliveries are executed via trusted partners: PostNL, bpost, or DPD.

  • Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and destination.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the seller’s invoice. Accepted methods are specified on the platform per seller.

  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of further deliveries, as allowed by applicable Belgian commercial law.

7. Liability

  • Souvenirstock does not guarantee product quality, availability, or compliance. Liability rests solely with the seller.

  • Souvenirstock is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from transactions conducted through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform (texts, images, logos) is the property of the respective sellers or Souvenirstock.

  • Any use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

  • Buyer and seller information is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR and Belgian privacy laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Belgian law governs all contracts and disputes arising from platform use.

  • Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

11. Modifications

  • Souvenirstock reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
